What the forms collect
The site has six forms: contact sales, request a walkthrough, general contact, support, careers and investor relations. Each asks for your name and a work email address, which are required, and optionally your company and phone number. The sales, walkthrough and general contact forms also ask for your role, what you make, the size of your shop and the ERP or quoting tool you use today. Every form has a message box. Nothing else is collected from the form itself.
Each form also carries a field that people never see, used to catch automated submissions, and a timestamp that shows whether the form was filled in faster than a person could. Neither collects anything about you.
Where your message goes
Your message becomes an email to the company mailbox for that form: sales, support, careers or investor relations. It is sent through Azure Communication Services, an email sending service run by Microsoft. A copy of what you sent goes to the email address you gave, as a receipt, with the reply address set to the team that will answer you.
The email to us also records the page you sent the form from, your network (IP) address and the identification string your browser sends, so that abuse of the forms can be recognized.
What the server keeps
Nothing from the form is written to a database on this site; the email is the record. The server keeps your network address in memory so that one connection can send only a few messages every ten minutes; it is not written to disk or to a database. Cookies, analytics and fonts

Your rights over what we hold
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to how it is used. Write to support@venturuseq.com. A person replies within one business day, and the request is completed within the time the law where you live allows. If you sent a message by mistake, say so and we delete it.
The product is a separate matter
If your shop uses VenturusEQ, your data lives in your instance under the product's security and data ownership statement, which is also served signed-out from inside the product. It covers where files live, who can see them, the controlled-access ledger, and the promise that customer data is not used to train AI models. This notice does not cover it.
Changes to this notice
This notice is updated when the site changes what it collects or where it sends it. The date in the note at the top is the date of the last change.
