Request a live walkthrough on your own package

Send us one drawing and one model, and someone from our team walks you through VenturusEQ on your files, from the package landing through the read, the measurement and the two cost lines to the digital quote. A person replies within one business day to set a time.

The interactive demo is open now, with no form and no sales call

It walks the same seven steps on sample files, in your browser. Come back when you want to see them on your own drawing.

What happens after you send the form

  1. A person replies within one business day

Someone from the team reads what you quote and proposes two or three times. No sequence of automated emails.

  2. We ask for one drawing and one model

One PDF print and one STEP file of a part you actually quote, so the walkthrough runs on your work. Nothing export-controlled or customer-confidential; if everything you make is, the demo shop's made-up files stand in. If you can share two or three of your work-center rates, the costing runs in your numbers; if not, we use placeholder rates and say so.

  3. We prepare the package

Your files are loaded into a package before the call so the read and the measurement are already done, and the time goes on your questions rather than on progress bars. [PLACEHOLDER: retention period for walkthrough files]

  4. The walkthrough runs on your files

Seven steps, from the package landing to the win-loss board, in the real product with your drawing and your model. [PLACEHOLDER: walkthrough length]

  5. A proposal follows if you want one

In writing, priced per shop. Either way you keep the interactive demo link and the name of the person you spoke to.

The seven steps of the walkthrough, on your drawing and your model

  1. The package lands. Your files hashed, given roles, unpacked from any ZIP with their lineage kept, and their scan state shown.
  2. The print is read. The AI reads your PDF and proposes part number, material, holes with threads, tolerances and finishes, each with a confidence, for you to confirm or reject.
  3. The model is measured. Your STEP file measured inside the product: volume, area, holes, bends, setups, with an exact-or-estimated badge on every number.
  4. The quote is created from the files. Lines made from your drawing and model, quantities carried, the part number reconciled against the title block.
  5. Two cost lines price it. A worksheet in rates you give us beside a geometry-costed line that records where each number came from. The product ships no rates, so we tell you when a placeholder rate is in use.
  6. The buyer accepts online. The digital quote as your customer sees it: pick a quantity break, decline a line, accept, and watch the document freeze.
  7. Win-loss learns. The control center with win rate, cycle clocks and the probability-weighted forecast, on the demo shop's made-up data, so you can see the board full before your own history builds.

Tell us what you quote

What you make, roughly how many people quote, and what you would like to see first. Do not attach files yet; we ask for the drawing and the model once a time is set.

Questions people ask before a walkthrough

Who should be on the call from our side?

Whoever quotes and whoever signs off a quote. Estimators get the most from the drawing read and the two cost lines; owners and estimating managers usually want the digital quote and the win-loss board.

What happens to the drawing and model we send?

They are used to prepare and run your walkthrough and for nothing else. Customer data is not used to train AI models; the product's security statement says so, and walkthrough files are held to the same rule. Do not send controlled files; the demo shop's made-up files stand in for those.
